RecommendedCalled in the morning because my dog had a weeping eye. Courtney was very professional and told me they were really booked but to bring him in at 10:30. They took him in straight away. Doctor took eye test,examined his eye, confirmed it was not serious....applied medication...... staff did nail trim, glands at no charge. In and out in 23 minutes. Wonderful experience as always......thank you for your help.
Best vet hospital I’ve ever been to! Dr. Aten and his staff (especially Jenny!) are always amazing and the fact that they remember our pup’s names when we walk in just makes me feel at home! I will always tell my friends and family to go here if they want to have a hometown, friendly veterinarian who explains things in a way we can understand. ❤️
hands down the best vet clinic I have ever been to. the staff is amazing and Dr. Aten knows his stuff. he explains everything breaking down any and all situations and has a solution to all of them! his staff is extremely intelligent and very good at their job. Torrie is probably the best vet tech ive ever seen or met. no other animal hospital care more about the animals well being and actual animal than the staff at baseline animal hospital
Always very accommodating and the staff very friendly. Dr. Butch is the best and highly recommend him.
This morning, we had to bring Tank in. He was @18 years old. He had lived a full life. The girls had prepared a room for us so we didn’t have to wait in the lobby. The room had a nice blanket on the floor for Tank to lay on. As they prepped, Dr. Aten and the girls spoke sweetly to Tank and showed immense compassion for Tank, my husband and me. Had to say goodbye to a sweet kitty, staff was all very sweet and kind.
Thank you Dr. Butch and your staff for the care of Jim during this very trying time. My dog was attacked by a bear and Baseline was awesome in their treatment, surgery, etc. Hopefully Jim will come home soon. Thank you again.
