We are overall very satisfied with this apartment. The facilities are well-maintained, and most issues we encountered were resolved in a timely manner. A special thanks to Viviana—she has been incredibly helpful from the initial viewing to our move-in, always responsive and supportive. Her professionalism and kindness made the whole process much smoother. We really appreciate the efforts of the management team in making this a comfortable place to live!
I stayed at Baseline by Brigil for 2 years. I had a really great experience, the building is well kept and the staff are attentive and kind. Emma truly went above and beyond during my time at Baseline. She is extremely knowledgeable, prompt to support and simply just a kind member of your team!
