Captain Kelly made our first oyster farm tour and shucking experience SO fun. Right off the bat she made us feel comfortable asking questions and explained everything in a way we could understand (I had zero knowledge of oysters except for the fact that they taste good). I will definitely be taking my family and friends here for my next trip to Maine! Thanks Kelly!
Quaint and scenic. They sell shuck-your-own fresh and sweet oysters by the half and full dozen and you can borrow a glove and an oyster knife and go at them at the patio, overlooking local lobster wharf and Bayside.
Booked an oyster farm tour for my family and we could not have had a better experience. Captain Kelly was knowledgable and enthusiastic. She taught us about oysters, sustainable farming and even how to shuck. Totally fun and learned a lot! Captain Kelly went above and beyond. A must do if you love oysters!
