I found Basecamp because I needed a 6am class due to my work schedule, and I 'm so happy I j gave the gym a try. The classes keep me busy - they challenge my endurance and encourage me to lift heavier. I prefer to stay on the lighter side with weights due to my tendency to get injured, but due to the longer 110 interval classes, I've ventured out of my comfort zone and have tried to lift heavier- it's exciting for me.
