Basecamp is a great HIIT workout! Very clean studio and efficient workout. The exercises were easy to follow and the workout flew by. Highly recommend!
I absolutely love this place. My sister and I were looking for a fun intense class, with NICE energetic instructors. I found my community & workout all at one place. I had the honor to talk with Alyona, she has the best energy, she introduced me to the owner Nick, who was super cool! My first class was with Dana and I also loved her. Overall this spot has great energy, mixed in with great people, & a hard workout (you can go at your own pace if you’d like) 10/10 would recommend. Beginner friendly as well
