Went in for some information about the tram and big couloir. There were three staffs, one male staff who had no idea about the couloir and seemed like he had never heard of it (maybe he is new), two female staffs had limited knowledge and know nothing more than what you can find on their website, and funnily for some reason acted arrogant and careless. Basecamp is the place to book all "at resort" services, guides, and fun. It's not cheap though so come prepared to pay. Guides are all great though!! We are visiting (July/24) and the pool is being renovated, it looks like it will be really nice when completed!!
