AMAZING yoga class. Instructor (Michelle) is very talented and the other employees at the facility are all kind. I have taken a lot of yoga classes this week and this was by far the best. The front desk guy was nice and the stretches in class were varied and ranged from all levels.
Incredible workouts with friendly people. You feel strong in regular life.
Part of why 2026 has started off so well has been finding a new fitness home at Base6Fitness. I love getting my workouts in bright & early during the week. The community is welcoming and the training is the perfect amount of intense.
I’m glad to have a successful business in this neighborhood. BUT…please clean your windows and pick up the trash on the west side. I walk by often, and it’s kinda gross. Please be a good neighbor! I will revise this rating if I see improvement. Thank you! EDIT 3/11: I see improvement! Thank you for making the effort to keep our ‘hood looking good!
