Absolutely loved the care my cat son (Cowboy) received here. The most caring and loving team works here! And I mean everyone at this location is exceptional. Sad to be moving states as he no longer has the gentle support from this office.
They are amazing until a dog jumps on a 31 week pregnant lady’s belly’s, or you speak up about who the staff treats you. It took 5 people to control in the large dog in the back) and they think it’s okay to shame the person who was injured for talking about it. They refused to let me make a complaint on how the staff is shaming me for what happened (I was sitting waiting to pay), yet they looked away when the incident happened and didn’t ask if I was okay. I took my 2 dogs in today to have their annuals and vaccines. We LOVED the staff. They were very kind and patient with my nervous pups and made them anout as calm and comfy as they get at the vet. It was obvious all of them truly enjoyed their jobs and the pets in their care. We've been to VCA and Companion in Yucca, but this was our best experience yet. They don’t accept walk-ins. They are not an ER. You must register your pet with this office in advance to be seen. Expect to wait weeks or longer for an appointment.I didn’t know these rules and was ordered to leave when I suggested they include them on the webpage to avoid confusion, frustration and anger when patients are turned away because the office is too busy to see the animal.
