I took my 2 dogs in today to have their annuals and vaccines. We LOVED the staff. They were very kind and patient with my nervous pups and made them anout as calm and comfy as they get at the vet. It was obvious all of them truly enjoyed their jobs and the pets in their care. We've been to VCA and Companion in Yucca, but this was our best experience yet. They don’t accept walk-ins. They are not an ER. You must register your pet with this office in advance to be seen. Expect to wait weeks or longer for an appointment.I didn’t know these rules and was ordered to leave when I suggested they include them on the webpage to avoid confusion, frustration and anger when patients are turned away because the office is too busy to see the animal.
