Base provides a fun and safe environment for kids and adults to learn MMA and BJJ. The community is welcoming and the coaches are the best in Qld.
So I personally can not praise these guys enough. My daughter has sever anxiety and stress when it comes to groups and activity. We trialed a martial arts class at school and loved it so thought we would try this to help. Well unfortunately the anxiety kicked in ++. And it all drastically fell apart for her. Enthusiastic, friendly and highly experienced trainers! This is functional training at its best. The wide variety of classes keeps things fresh and motivating, and every session works your whole body. The app is easy to use and makes tracking your classes simple. Great value for money and highly addictive, so watch out! Highly recommend.
I love popping into base when I am in Brisbane. Just such a great culture and I always feel welcomed by the community. Great instructors that have so much knowledge and are willing to share that with you!
