I love popping into base when I am in Brisbane. Just such a great culture and I always feel welcomed by the community. Great instructors that have so much knowledge and are willing to share that with you!

Great trainers with a lot of knowledge and experience to pass on in a very clean gym and an awesome crew of training partners to keep you honest and motivated, so glad I found this place.
