I have had an incredible experience working with Pat over the past few months. Pat always approaches each issue with an extremely optimistic but grounded perspective. During the rehab phase of my last injury, Pat put in place a plan that allowed me to still perform across footy, weights and running while regaining strength and mobility in the affected area. I cannot recommend Pat enough for anybody considering physiotherapy, but especially to those who take performance in their chosen sport seriously.

Pat at Base Physio was awesome to work with for a quad injury I had. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough but also made things easy to understand, made getting back to footy quick and easy with a great program and follow ups. The rest of the crew at Base were also very polite and friendly.

I've had multiple sessions with Pat, and has provided personalised short-term and long-term structures to help with my running and lower body strength. The improvements have been incredible and look forward to getting stronger by the day. If you're a runner like me and struggle with leg pain, Pat is the guy!

I saw Pat for a running injury. He was very knowledgeable and evidence based. He tailored a rehab and return to running plan specifically to my needs and ability. He was very responsive via email if I had any concerns or questions between appointments.
