I have been working out at Base Health and Fitness in Fairy Meadow for 3 years now. Compared to other gyms around what attracted me to Base was the atmosphere, space and equipment the gym has to offer. The trainers take an interest in what your workout is and are happy to comment and correct along the way. I would recommend this gym to anyone who values a hands on approach from trainers at all levels of fitness.
Awesome gym and community! Taylor has all the knowledge to keep your techniques on point to make you reach your individual goals. The gym having 24/7 private access is also a huge bonus for out of hours sessions. Sauna and recovery room is bliss <3
