If you are looking for a place that welcomes you like family but pushes you to explore past your limitations in a positive way, this is it. My daughter is 5 years old and has a coach she trusts and team mates to look up to and work along side. I have been working with my 4 girls and wife at B.A.S.E Fitness Parkour for the past 4 months. It has singlehandedly been one of the most enjoyable, challenging, and educational experiences we have had as a whole family. The coaches are incredible, the exercise is tough but doable, and the confidence I have gained and I have watched my daughters gain has been truly metamorphic. I was extremely impressed with B.A.S.E Fitness Parkour! My 17-year old son has done recreational gymnastics and was familiar with some parkour, but had expressed a desire to learn more parkour. We don't have anything like this in the area we are from, but when we were visiting family in Medford last summer, we decided to check out B.A.S.E Fitness. It was FANTASTIC!
