My time here was amazing! It was the most enjoyable training I've had. Ayren was incredibly patient, friendly, and informative during the session. He led the group workout with genuine enthusiasm. Amazing!! I’m so glad that they moved out here to teach us wonderful workout techniques, and forms of martial arts and parkour. I am super excited to see what they have next store for us every week. It feels every workout is different but yet they’re all intertwined. It is such a fun atmosphere and the owners are fantastic and nice and wonderful people. I can’t wait to keep going there!!
I first heard of BASE Fitness last year. I wasn't sure it was for me, but I like a challenge and love to workout so I gave it a try and was NOT disappointed. From the first workout with Tammy and Ayren I was hooked. What an awesome experience and it truly changed my life in a positive way! Ayren is a skilled coach/teacher and very knowledgeable in what he does, I have the utmost respect for him. Parkour and BASE are now part of my life and I am grateful to have learned this amazing art and skill. Thank you Tammy and Ayren!
