I came here for trampoline fitness (can’t remember the name of it) a few months ago. Being one of the only men (I think there were 2 others) in the class I was a little unsure but all the women there were really kind and friendly to me, including the instructor whose name I have forgotten but I think she’s the owner, and she was very positive and encouraging. The workout was also great!
