A great community resource and gym!
It's miraculous that a place like this even exists in a ski resort town. The facility is so nice I assumed it was a high-end private gym. It looks like an Equinox, but it's a COMMUNITY CENTER!!! Clean and spacious handicapped-accssible public restrooms and water fountains with water bottle refilling stations. Plenty of parking. A free public ice-skating rink with two free porta-pottys accessible at night after the building closes. Brilliant story teller lecture by Mark Sullivan. Gorgeous space for a warm community.
Super expensive, $40 for a day if you want to climb. Came specifically to keep my climbing fitness up, it's not a large area but the setting is decent and has routes going up to 5.12, went in the morning and came back only to be told I couldn't climb because they were teaching a class. So I can't use the facility I paid for? Seems like poor business practices.
