Non refundable move in fee to cover absolutely nothing. Cheap appliances that break often, everything looks good but done cheaply to get the most possible margin out of everything. And to top that off a window fell off and into our bedroom.. also packages often stolen or lost. I had a great experience working with David Fisher at Base 3 Management in Chicago. He was incredibly helpful and responsive from the start, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The unit I moved into is completely rehabbed and absolutely beautiful. David answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly, and I really appreciated how professional and attentive he was throughout. Highly recommend!
Unit was not clean or move in ready. Packages and mail are often stolen and management refuses to address the issue.
