Terrible service Appointment at 10:30 a.m. ...3 hours waiting... And the doctor hasn't seen me.
Wait time here is ridiculous, this is my first and very last time here, closet appointment is 4 months away, so I decided to walk in, NEVER AGAIN I would rather take my chances with a messed up eye, this entire institute sucks, time management is horrible, appointments?? Just forget about those you're better off going anywhere else to be honest, staff don't care either.
Excellent experience nice staff. Clean facility. Great doctors good follow up. The wait for appointment is worth it
