Terrible terrible terrible experience first time there and this man walks up and started yelling at me. He was definitely an employee I let him know. It’s my first time there and he was still being rude and yelling. It was very unnecessary especially when I’m letting him know it’s my first time there and There are no signs letting me know where to go but he continues to attack me !! Terrible customer service. I didn’t get his name of course because he was yelling, but this is ridiculous. Do not plan on returning !
Disappointing experience with Basco USA. Despite running an eCommerce site, they don't have a way to auto-calculate shipping costs, so users are forced to enter CC details and complete their order without knowing what the true total cost will be. Granted, nothing is finalized until several hours later when a service agent emails you for final approval with an outrageous quote for shipping and handling. I needed the cleaner for my new shower door. It arrived quickly, but I haven't really seen a difference in the cleaning of the door. I am going to give it another try today.
Products and customer service are great but shipping cost are prohibitive for smaller orders. Actual cost of supplies $32, shipping cost $65.
