Years ago I ended up on my deathbed (on a ventilator) in the ICU. Called this law office and was told (by Basch himself) that I 'sounded fine'. (I have severe heart failure as a direct result of the doctor/hospital releasing me with a shockingly low wbc count, so I was/am far from 'fine'.) The only reason I could think of as to why I was dismissed after a mere 2-3 minute phone conversation is the atty perhaps had heard and listened to gossip spread by my 'connected' ex. I’d never decided to pursue a lawsuit before but my hand was injured via a movie theater’s negligence and it significantly impacted my life.
