We own a townhouse within a complex of eight, and have had BASC handle some maintenance work recently - both for the whole complex (via the Body Corporate) and directly within our property as well. Not only do they actually show up - and when they say they will - they do a great job too - at fair market price.
Un-professional and Terrible service. These guys have carried out some maintenance at the property I am renting. I haven't communicated any entry notice. I came from overseas and suddenly found these guys in my unit. Next day, the guy came again without giving any notice or call. The guy and the owner had forceful illegal entry to the property. Such a shame.
