JUST TERRIBLE- BEWARE1
The 2 women that run her office are the most hateful and unprofessional people I have ever seen. They do not answer the phones or return calls. When you manage to get someone on the phone they yell at you, basically blaming you for not calling when they fill like answering the phone. Just plain shameful.
This is by far the worse run office I have ever been in, and that is saying something very bad! Dr. Farghaly, is a very nice doctor. The problem is you have to deal her ridiculously mean and horrible staff to get to her. They do not answer the phone and do not return calls, as someone else said, but they blame you for it. They have yelled at me, I am elderly, so I was very upset by that. The receptionist starts it with her rudeness, then passes you to the office manager who is horrific.
