They can't return phone calls. They ignore messages on the portal. I waited days for Macy to message me back. Ended up in Virgina Mason. I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. They do not help you with any problems. Also the pediatric lady miss diagnosed my 6 year old. Also she never even asked him one questions. She told him to play with the toys and he did just that.
