We’re super happy with our experience with Basalite! All the employees who helped me were friendly, helpful and kind. I ended up interacting with a few sales associates, the gal who handles payments, the delivery supervisor and our delivery driver. I paid for the order on Friday and they were delivered by Monday! The rockstar of our experience was definitely our delivery driver, Ray! Wretched and horribly organized company who's standards have "literally" fallen off a cliff. 1. There samples now do not match what they deliver on brick and mortar. 2. They are incapable of problem solving and/or offering practical solutions, and offer nothing of moral substance like they used to. If i could give them 0 stars, I would. If you're a contractor or anyone else, you're better off taking your money to other organizations.
