Dr. Basa is simply the best!
Dr. Basa is my primary care doctor. He's very patient, compassionate, and is a good listener. He explains, not just in medical terms but layman's terms one can understand. Thank you Dr. Basa and staff.
Dr. Basa’s office has been very disappointing. Some of the staff are rude and not helpful, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating. Getting a hold of the front desk by phone is nearly impossible—every call goes straight to voicemail, asking you to leave a message. The level of care and professionalism here is far below what patients should expect.
