So we got our hardwood floors done by BAS hardwood floors. UNACCEPTABLE. Stain and polyurethane on our (freshly painted) walls. On the trim I could be more understanding however, the walls? They said they'd make good and fix it- yup never did. Did not cover our floor vents like we asked them to, so they got filled will saw dust which kicked up onto the wet floors making them not smooth.
