I lived in the Anthony St. apartments for two years and after living in this college town and suffering through some of the worst managements at different places, it was such a breath of fresh air to switch to Barzell. Erlina especially was a great person to work with! I had a maintenance issue that made my A/C go out during a heat wave and she came over and fixed it so quickly. It felt like a small business instead of a huge leasing agency that owns a million different properties. Thanks for everything, Erlina & Barzell!!!
Best place I’ve ever rented from. My building was old and drafty, but the management here is fantastic. Maintenance always arrived within 24 hours for any issue, management always responded quickly and generously for any issues with rental payments/questions. Can’t recommend renting with Barzell enough
