Bought a car from them before getting out of the Military and relocating to Florida. When getting tags for the vehicle I explained I needed Florida ones or not to bother with it and give me back the money paid for the tags in the purchase. They said they would get Florida tags, but when they were unable they got Virginia tags instead (despite me asking them not to) and told me they would reimburse me for the Florida tags I would pay for myself upon relocation if I provided a receipt.
