Dr. Berger has a remarkably calm and pleasant manner, which is a plus in his business. By the end of the visit, I felt like I had made a new friend! We discussed treatment options, reviewed my history and came up with a plan. The office staff at Haymarket location was very helpful, both in person and even when I requested a change to my appointment.

I have had kidney issues for 20++ years and started seeing Dr.Berger a few years back and I absolutely love him ! He is honestly one of the best doctors I have ever had and would recommend him to anyone. If you want a caring physician who won't bs you go see him !
Not a good experience at all. We were called on a Friday afternoon around 2.30pm and told Dr Berger would have emergency surgery on the upcoming Monday and would be unable to see us. We were told we could see a NP at our appointment. And since my husband's work schedule is very hectic and it was already difficult enough to get the time off for the appointment...we went ahead to see the NP on Monday.
