Changed my rating due to customer service. Although in the past I've had good communication, lately calls go unanswered and messages not returned. I've also discovered there is a mouse (mice) in my unit. Boxes have been chewed up and droppings everywhere.
Great place to store your vehicle with quick and easy access to VPS/Ft.Walton Airport.
Zero customer service. Won't answer phone or call back. Gate doesn't work
Owner stated, “poor planning” to me when I called her to advise I couldn’t find the email I assumed she had sent me (she had never sent it) to advise of my unit number and gate code! I had simply called to say I couldn’t find the email and we were at the gate with our furniture and needed the info. She was at least “kind” enough (if you need to call doing your job an act of kindness) to call her son to get the info from him and then call me back, but when she did call back, I voiced how incredibly rude her “poor planning” co... read more
