Service incroyable. Antonio est un conseiller hors pair! Il nous a guidé dans la vente du plancher du début à la fin. Pas de pression de vente, juste des conseils vraiment pertinent. Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'expérience de vente avec lui.
Great Product Torley Urban laminate flooring!
We are very happy with Antonio and all his help in deciding which floor to pick for our living/dining room. The installer Etienne was very professional and he cleaned up after all the cuttings. We would recommend Barwood and Etienne for anyone who is looking for reliable and trustworthy people.
I had a terrible experience with this store. The salesman completely lied about the quality of the floors. He claimed it was the best wood in the market and that no scratches or dents would happen. This is completely false. I have plenty of dents and cracks in wood in less than a year. When I spoke about it with the owner, he said he would come see me in January. I am still waiting for him to come more than 9 months later. Their after sales service is non-existent. You are paying top dollar for floors with zero customer serv... read more
