PHENOMENAL customer service! Anthony could not have been more helpful. He was so determined to help fix our alarm over the phone and was very patient and calm in a stressful situation! Anthony kept persisting with finding a solution and was calm under pressure which was a great comfort to us. I am so grateful to Anthony and Barwon Security for keeping our house safe and secure - it is the best peace of mind!
Don't hire a company whose drivers actively tailgate and break the law. Van 1UT 4PM tailgated me on Belmont High Street where the speed limit is 50-40 for a reason. It is a high risk, high pedestrian area. The van then continued to do 60km through an active school crossing on Mount Pleasant Road where the speed limit is 40. What a complete disregard for the safety of our children. How stupid can you be to break the road rules in a vehicle with corporate branding, because this is what happens.

Anthony went above and beyond in fixing our smoke alarms which had malfunctioned , we had to contact Sam (owner)late one evening while he was on holidays and he arranged an early service call , many thanks Barwon Security
