I have been in partnership with Barwon Pool Shop for many years and as a user and installer of the products they represent, we have always found Barwon Pool Shop to be incredibly professional and of high quality in the services they provide. It is very comforting to have businesses like them to back up the product we provide them. I could not recommend them more highly.
From the first visit,the team are unbelievably attentive and the detail is spot on. I found the direction and advice was invaluable, something that was never offered from a previous pool company I had looking after my pool for over 6 years. I would highly recommend the crew at BARWON POOL SHOP for your needs, friendly and sincere.
I would not recommend this place for new pool owners. They took advantage of my lack of pools and charged me a lot of money for *deep* cleaning the filters which were redundant. Another pool company confirmed that our system was too old to keep fixing. I felt ripped off by their action and feel bad completely trusting them.
Was originally at pool werx and transferred to BARWON POOL SHOP and so much better. The team is so much friendlier and the techs do a much better job at servicing. I RECOMMEND BARWON POOL SHOP TO EVERYONE.
