Got into trouble, bad leak was getting worse and worse. So I rang for help, The girls said someone will be there to have a look. Apparently someone came in the house with the Sheppard lose mind you, and saw it, and they said I need a rubber seal. My son was home all day and I was home lunch time onwards.No one came and they lied to me, customer for 15 years. Always paid.So I called a plumber mate and he said the threads are gone. Why on earth in the bellarine area use anyone else for your pool care and needs this business is unbelievable with the customer service and everyone is brilliant that you deal with nothing is a hassle are reliable on time and just brilliant! From the moment you ring the office to moment the job is done!
