Random act of kindness by shop owner and a customer toward us and our elderly aunt who we couldn't get back into the car. He didn’t hesitate to help us. Shows great character and we wish him all the best for his kindness.
From the first visit,the team are unbelievably attentive and the detail is spot on. I found the direction and advice was invaluable, something that was never offered from a previous pool company I had looking after my pool for over 6 years. I would highly recommend the crew at BARWON POOL SHOP for your needs, friendly and sincere.
Darren and Nicole provide great in shop service and attention, with lots of good advice about how to tackle any issues. Sean's onsite visits are the best I have ever had from a pool tech with organising chemicals and equipment in my shed in an organised manner, labelling the pool pump and parts in a helpful way and a thorough clean of the pool and skimmer box with attention to detail better than any other. Quotes for parts and equipment are prompt, accurate and detailed.
Got into trouble, bad leak was getting worse and worse. So I rang for help, The girls said someone will be there to have a look. Apparently someone came in the house with the Sheppard lose mind you, and saw it, and they said I need a rubber seal. My son was home all day and I was home lunch time onwards.No one came and they lied to me, customer for 15 years. Always paid.So I called a plumber mate and he said the threads are gone.
