The interaction was not only dismissive, but also unnecessarily harsh, leaving my friend feeling worse rather than supported. I am very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Amarasiri. he saw my son more than a month ago, but we have still not received any report from that visit. We have been waiting all this time just to get the results, but there has been no communication, not even a simple email update. This long delay has caused us a lot of stress, as we urgently need the report. I expected better professionalism and responsibility.
