Update here: I said I'd return but unfortunately they have not been very accommodating or understanding of my physical limitations. February 2025 - I needed to make a new appointment for a few ultrasounds and an xray. BMI instead scheduled all 3 new ultrasounds and x-ray on different days at different locations. When I called to book my January appointments I explained to then of my physical limitations and that I relied on public transport from a rural town, this should still be in my file. The phone receptionist for CT booking was extremely rude, it was like she was forced to be there. There a 3 week wait for a head CT post head injury and concussion and I asked politely even though it’s due to head injury and she abruptly said nothings stopping you going somewhere else, just google places and call

BMI were all lovely and accommodating. There was a slight miscommunication due to multiple requests on the day. But they where very helpful in resolving the discrepancy and everything went seamlessly. I will return. Note: the entrance to BMI is to the *right* of the Emergency Entrance.

disgusted with your service, came in for my 30 week ultrasound and the gender was ruined.
