Have been to a few of the locations for various scans, x-rays and ultrasounds over the years and have never had anything other than excellent experiences. Professional and friendly staff.
I contacted today to book my 32 week ultrasound, as recommended by my GP, midwife and dietition due to Gestational diabetes and recent weight loss. Unfortunately I was told there were no available appointments and no indication of when slot might open .When I explained urgency of myself situation I was advised to go privately with no effort to provide alternatives or support.This response left me feeling stressed and unsupported during a critical stage of pregnancy.
Update here: I said I'd return but unfortunately they have not been very accommodating or understanding of my physical limitations. February 2025 - I needed to make a new appointment for a few ultrasounds and an xray. BMI instead scheduled all 3 new ultrasounds and x-ray on different days at different locations. When I called to book my January appointments I explained to then of my physical limitations and that I relied on public transport from a rural town, this should still be in my file.
