I am currently training to do dialysis at this clinic and have to say that the nursing staff, Administration and Doctors go above and beyond expectations with their kind, caring nature and know how, making the transition a much smoother road to travel. Their expertise is outstanding and make you feel welcome, entering into their community. Words cannot describe my appreciation to all concerned.
I had a very bad experience with a male customer service agent behind the counter being most uncooperative, arrogant and not understanding what the customer was telling him and anything that was said by the customer enterpritted in his own way which was wrong information
Good service friendly experience staff
I have been attending the Barwon Health Renal Centre for 12 years and have received excellent service. My doctor is ALWAYS on time, very approachable, knowledgeable and does not treat me as a fool. The reception staff are for the most, pleasant, competent and efficient although some can be a little aloof and highly protective of the doctors as if they are the only people in society who are busy and important. Overall a well run place, competent doctors who charge very reasonable fees.
