I had jaw surgery on the 8th of April. Honestly I was afraid that the doctors would be unkind because of the online reviews. When I did arrive I was quite surprised that it wasn’t in my experience judgment or attitude. The nurses, reception, doctors who I had spoken to were very helpful and knowledgeable. I spoke to them respectfully. I understand that my situation was different from others but I felt satisfied and waited a long time for this opportunity to get something sorted with that I suffered from.

Under staffed. Had an outpatients appointment at 1:30, by 5:00 I told receptionist I'm sorry but I have to leave as I start work at 5:30. Was then scolded and told I might be released from the waiting list.. Also another time I had a letter saying that as I had not contacted them to make an appointment I had been discharged as they didn't hear back from me within 4 week's. Never got that letter and why send a letter to ask me to call and make an appointment in the first place? Just call us directly..
