Have been here a few times and always great experience, the triage nurse was very kind and helpful,wait times can vary depending on what you are there for. People need to understand that this is "NOT" an emergency department...go to geelong hospital or call an ambulance if that's the case...

I’ve been here a few time now and have always had great service, but tonight… OMG! I can’t thank you enough. The reception lady was so helpful with going out of her way to make some calls for me after a Neurosurgeon had stuffed me about. I ended up driving to Melbourne and decided to stay the night so I’m only 10min away for surgery. Thanks again
