When my mother received a request to visit Geelong University Hospital Emergency to urgently go to ED for an ultrasound she became riddled with anxiety, the doctor then suggested we try Barwon Health North first. When we arrived the staff saw to her quickly, with the nurses explaining everything to her in a language she can understand. They also went above and beyond to fit her in for an ultrasound, the last one of the day, right before Good Friday and the Easter weekend. Went to Barwon Health North dentist. Had a tooth extraction and I can honestly say that I was the most comfortable in the dentists chair. The care and instruction of everything they where doing made me less fearful. The dentists assistant was also very caring and empathetic. Reception staff were very friendly to. I'd never thought I'd say I'm looking forward to my next dentist appointment! Appreciate your help, time and care.
