I can’t thank all the staff in the postnatal ward enough! They were all so supportive and helpful! Above all I want to thank Anna who was on the afternoon shift! She was the most caring, helpful and supportive person. She made our whole experience so special and memorable, it felt like I had an aunty there with me the way she would come and check in and have a cuddle with our baby. We received the most professional and kind care from the midwives and doctors here. I always felt supported and safe and can’t thank the staff here enough for what they’ve done for us. Midwives are angels in scrubs!

Im so grateful for the care and attention myself and the twins received at Barwon health- I moved to geelong at 33 weeks and transferred then and there after meeting with the staff. Every single midwife nurse doctor and obstetrician made me feel so cared for and took the time to explain everything that was happening, always making sure to give me all options and empower me to make the best decisions for me and the babies.
Staff were extremely kind and helpful making a high risk birth far less stressful, unfortunately we did have to wait in triage for very large amounts of time for bp tests and basic check ups but when needed we had instant attention and care.
