There have been some amazing and kind staff that I have spoken to, but one staff member in particular "Kirsty" is absolutely rude on the phone. Strongly recommend she be removed from this service. I have spoken to her on 2-3 separate occasions to discuss my appointment timings and is very rude and impatient on the phone. Expecting mums call for various reasons and it's fair to expect staff members to be kind and patient with them. Barwon Health Maternity Services should not allow this type of behaviour by their staff.
I can’t thank all the staff in the postnatal ward enough! They were all so supportive and helpful! Above all I want to thank Anna who was on the afternoon shift! She was the most caring, helpful and supportive person. She made our whole experience so special and memorable, it felt like I had an aunty there with me the way she would come and check in and have a cuddle with our baby. Thank you so much Anna you were truely blessing and your kindness and support will be something i treasure ♥️ Mel & Blair
We received the most professional and kind care from the midwives and doctors here. I always felt supported and safe and can’t thank the staff here enough for what they’ve done for us. Midwives are angels in scrubs!
