I haven't actually been to see a doctor since 2019 so things have changed rather a lot in that time. I saw Doctor Dey and he was lovely. Easy to chat to and got my issues sorted .
This surgery has changed my life for the better! I have never been dismissed or told it's all in my head by anyone at the surgery, and they are willing to help you get better. I am so thankful for everyone at the surgery as since I've moved here I'm finally finding out what is going on with me because of their willingness to help me find out.
Excellent service during the Covid outbreak when I accidentally cut my wrist whilst gardening - swiftly dealt with by a phone call and sending a photograph to the nurse who called me in for a tetanus jab and steristrip dressings. All sorted in an hour and i felt safe throughout. Well done!
I used the new booking service for the first time this morning and was impressed to be able to see the doctor in person today at 4.30pm. No problem at all. I recommend everyone to use this new service, no waiting in a queue from 8am wonderful.
Brilliant experience. Booked a GP of my choosing, online system - at a time to suit me, was seen at the practice. Excellent consultation, thorough, and reassuring. Happy with the treatment plan. We are very lucky to have such a fantastic service in our village. Thank you NHS
