Amy is always so helpful. I was on vacation with a nasty sinus infection. Fortunately, she is licensed in more than just Illinois, so she was able to hop on a quick telehealth appointment and send in an Rx. Saved me from being miserable for my whole trip.
Amy’s care is outstanding. Her focus to improve quality of life goes well beyond a typical PCP. She is knowledgable, caring and consultative. Highly recommend.
Poor communication and unprofessional handling of Medicaid patients. I initially had a positive impression of Dr. Amy; she was kind during my first visit and agreed to see me even though there was a discrepancy with how the state pays her for BCBS Community Health Plans. I even agreed to pay her out-of-pocket rate for future visits because finding a PCP is so difficult. However, the follow-up care has been unacceptable.
