Horrible attitudes when greeted kindly as though they hate their job and the students.
They don't bother to pick up calls, they should donate those telephones of their office. Staff is so disrespectful , and rude. They pretend like they are working there for free.
Most unhelpful staff ever. Similar to the DMV. If several people are coming to write about a staff reevaluation, please do so. I need assistance in knowing if aid will cover my tuition for my final semester, I live a single earning home with one parent retired but the TAP compliance office remains unhelpful and vague, I’m not sure if it’s to ensure I pay more than I need to but it feels really shady. At Baruch students do everything themselves.
