Ms. Manager, instead of spending 5 disgruntled minutes telling customers why they cannot pre-order over the phone maybe you should figure out how to provide better convenience to your customers. You might get more. Otherwise the younger employees blowing up balloons are quite helpful.

Very old not clean and not priced correct. Bought something that was marked 1.75 but rang up 89.00 it was broken but they marked it down to 19.99 .
Amazing staff helped me find exactly what I needed even though it wasn’t “in season”!
