I called this shop to request a standard maintenance quote for my motorcycle (cbr500r). Before I could even finish providing the details, the mechanic bluntly told me, 'No, I don't want to service your bike' without any explanation, and immediately hung up on me. Assuming it was a dropped call or a misunderstanding, I called back politely. He repeated the exact same line and proceeded to berate me for calling back. Went in for the first scheduled maintenance of my Honda NX 500 and I was glad to have met Bartz - Great guy with exemplary customer service! The shop is clean and tidy & It's always a relief to find a good shop/mechanic who understands the needs of riders!! There's a good reason why he's been serving the needs of GTA riders for decades...good shops will endure the test of time!

I had a great experience at Bartz Motorcycle Service today. They completed the safety inspection on my motorcycle and made the whole process quick, straightforward, and professional. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. It's hard to find a shop you can trust, but these guys definitely earned my confidence. Highly recommended, and I'll be coming back for future service!
