This inexperienced and poorly run management company by Brian Bartsch preys primarily on duplex owners in above average rental market areas of Milwaukee. I can declare with proof that in living next to an Eastside Bartch managed property for five years that its management strategy is to sell an owner with promises of success while they pull in desparate, low paying student tenants to overfill a house, which later becomes the party house on the block and that the police work hard to deal with nightly noise disturbances and dr... read more

We are a FL company tried to rent home for relocation. This company is so unprofessional. Can NOT be trusted. No communication. after requesting deposit to be sent over night, gave us the wrong address so was delivered a day late and they gave the apt to someone else. Without informing us. Yes had the tracking number and knew it was sent. Left us with an employee, in the wind. Just Unbelievable. Property Manager Rude and Uncaring, doesn't see how keeping an employee in a hotel, isn't costing us money. Challenged eve... read more
