BARTs has been our one and only tree service for our the entire time we've lived in CT which is about 12 year and in multiple locations. We've have never thought of using anyone else. They saved our bacon in Danbury before and and after multiple storms preventing damage to trees and fixing what damage came from Sandy, Snowmaggedeon, etc as well as proactively treating your trees for and addressing a blight issue with our oaks etc... Our house is surrounded by trees that have on several occasions required removal or major trimming over the 20+ years we have lived here. Barts has by far, been the best and most responsive tree company we have dealt with. Matt is a delight to work with. He responds quickly to all requests, spent time examining every tree we were concerned about and looked at others we had not identified.
