Bart's seemed friendly enough on the phone but the reality was far different. My appointment was from 10-12 on a Monday. I was called and told they could only look at the project that day and would have to reschedule for two days later. They didn't give me a time until 30 minutes on Wednesday before the technician was to show up. I spent 8 hrs total waiting around for people to show up.
