We purchased an almond cake for a birthday celebration. This was the worst almond cake we have ever had. The icing separated from the cake, all slices fell apart when serving, it had ice crystals in the inside, the almonds inside were soggy. You can tell from my photo how it looks like a poor factory made cake. We will never purchase a cake from Bartram House again. Soooo disappointed.

Fantastic service and fresh food every time we visit! Delicious treats in a clean and friendly atmosphere. **PLEASE consider adding a TIP option to your cashless system!
After reading several reviews wanted to try it out personally. The staff was ok. Kinda of got the vibe like I caught them at an off time.... which I get everyone has them. And the mocha was extremely strong with the chocolate to the point of tasting like a hot chocolate and couldn't finish it cuz it was straight cocoa.... however, the place was on point with the displays, the muffins. It all looked good and fresh baked... all and all it was alright and I'm willing to try it again.
I hope the rest of their food is better than the cinnamon roll because it was the most Bland flavorless cinnamon roll I ever ate in my life
