The Director of Rehabilitation Shannon has been nothing short of unreliable, unprofessional, and dismissive in her communication. She repeatedly makes promises about what she will do, but never follows through. My messages are blatantly ignored. This kind of behavior is dishonest and completely unacceptable from anyone in a leadership role, especially someone entrusted with the care of vulnerable patients.
