My wife and I tried a new to us place for pedicures today in town close to us. We had a great experience and got to know the owner. They did a great job and was very reasonable compared to every other place we have visited. Which we have been to at least 4 or 5 other places. I feel we have found a new home. Thanks Andrew and Kathy at Bartow Nails and Spa.

I wish they made a 0 rating option because that is what fits this place. The thumb picture is my favorite, which sums up the experience as a whole. Made my fingers bleed, the owner was less than welcoming. I recommend going somewhere else, because as basic as this is going to sound, ANYWHERE is better than the service I received at this place.

This was the absolute worst experience I have EVER had at a nail salon. For starters, during the whole appointment the owner doing my nails was extremely rough. The drill was also extremely hot, which I’ve been told is something that shouldn’t happen. During the whole process I noticed she would file the nails crooked. She then applied a think amount of SNS on my nails so much that it was extremely bumpy and thick, after taking the drill to it, she flattened it out but then tore up the edge of my fingers and made them bleed.... read more
