Very happy with our service and technician work. Our tech, Tim Byars, was wonderful. He showed up on time, was very pleasant to deal with, and completed the move of our tank for a very reasonable price in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend their services to friends and family.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Paige Leffew when trying to get new service set up for my grampa. We were offered a promotion from a sales rep prior to dealing with Paige. The sales rep tried not to honor what she had offered, but Paige stepped in and went right to work. She is hands down the nicest person I have ever dealt with in business/customer service! These guys have been fine for me. Their price is fair market value, their service is prompt, and they don't add a bunch of charges that I'm not sure about. Just gas, sales tax, and a $2.98 will-call fee, which is nothing. I will most likely continue using them for my propane.
